BOOKING AND CANCELATION AGREEMENT

By submitting this questionnaire, you agree to all the TERMS AND CONDITIONS as listed below for this upcoming and any future appointments you may schedule with Heather Marie Hair Studio.

  • BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

    • Once your appointment request submission form is received, Heather will contact you directly to book your appointment. Your appointment will not be 'booked' until we receive a card to place on file for you. 

      • I understand that my card placed on file in order to book my appointment will not be charged at the time of booking and that I may pay with a different card or in cash on the day of my appointment. 

      • I agree to the below terms regarding cancelation and 'no shows' and understand that my card on file will be charged accordingly if I choose to cancel my appointment within the time slots listed below. 

  • CANCELING YOUR APPOINTMENT

    • I understand that canceling my appointment within 48 hours of my scheduled time slot will result in a charge of 25% of the total cost of the service(s) booked.

    • I understand that canceling my appointment within 24 hours of my scheduled time slot will result in a charge of 50% of the total cost of the service(s) booked.

    • I understand that canceling my appointment on the day it is scheduled will be treated as a NO SHOW and will result in a charge of 100% of the total cost of the service(s) booked.

  •  Heather Marie Hair Studios RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE to anyone for any reason.
